The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 23-301
Application by Ocazo Construction, on behalf of the Dwyer Family Realty Trust, requesting to replace a rotted door on the back of the structure located at 241 Bradford Street.
HDC 23-302
Application by Jay Herzog, on behalf of the Ramon L. Alonso Trust, requesting to replace all windows and to add windows, to replace two exterior doors, adding new stoops, to replace/repair all cladding, to replace roofing shingles and add solar panels on the south elevation, to construct an addition on the north elevation, and to replace shutters on the structure located at 402 Commercial Street.

Application by David Campanella, on behalf of Norman T. Ernst and Jacob Taylor, requesting to demolish and rebuild two dormers, to remove and replace an entry door slab, a brick stoop and railings and to remove a wood storm door on the south elevation, to remove, sand, and reinstall shutters, to relocate and replace an entry door and replace trim as needed, to remove a wood-framed entry stoop and replace it with a brick stoop in a different location, and to rebuild a bay window to have cantilevered floor joists on the east elevation, to remove and replace an entry door, to add a new cantilevered bay window and a shed dormer, and to remove existing French double doors and replace them with French double casement windows, to modify an existing patio, and to add a fence to enclose an outdoor shower on the north elevation, to add a French single door on the west elevation, to remove, replace, and relocate all windows, and to replace all siding and roofing shingles on the property located at 60 Commercial Street.

TRANSFER STATION EJECTOR TRAILERS
The Town of Provincetown requests bids to purchase two ejector trailers for the Provincetown Transfer Station. Bid Forms should be sealed and clearly marked with the word “EJECTOR TRAILERS” and must be returned to Provincetown Public Works Office, 2 Mayflower Street, Provincetown, MA 02657, by 3 p.m. on December 21st, 2023, for consideration. Emailed bids will not be accepted. Then, bids will be publicly opened and read in the Department of Public Works at 2 Mayflower Street. Bid Packages are available at www.provincetown-ma.gov/37/Procurement and on Commbuys.com. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
