In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and/or Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following:
CON-23-109 86R/88 Atkins Mayo Road Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Town of Provincetown to remove debris from the upland area. Work to take place within the buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
CON-23-110 536 Commercial Street Notice of Intent filed by Lief Hamnquist to elevate units 1 and 2 and raze, replace, and elevate unit 3. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and buffer zone to Coastal Beach.

CON-23-113 7 Commercial Street Notice of Intent filed by Donald Munroe to relocate coastal dune, replace patio fence, and install seasonal snow fencing. Work to take place within Coastal Beach, Coastal Dune, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage.

This position provides direct support to the Town Manager’s office by managing office operations, carrying out public purchasing duties, performing administrative tasks and communicating with the public.
