ZBA 23-38
Application by Sheila Kaiser, on behalf of Andrew W. Towle, seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article e, Section 3110, Change, Extensions or Alterations, of the Zoning By-Laws to strip and replace a back deck and to build a small addition up and along a pre-existing, non-conforming rear yard setback on a lot that is in excess of the required lot coverage on the property located at 19 Montello Street (Residential 3 Zone).

Application by Rob Madry seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article 2, Section 2640, Building Scale, and Article 3, Section 3110, Change, Extensions or Alterations, of the Zoning By-Laws to build a covered porch and sunroom on a pre-existing, non-conforming east elevation, to rebuild a small ell encroaching into a south elevation setback, and to increase the building scale in excess of the maximum allowable neighborhood average on the property located at 26 Bangs Street (Residential 3 Zone).

Application by Christine Nagle, on behalf of Richard B. Frost et us, seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article 2, Section 2640, Building Scale, of the Zoning By-Laws to construct an addition and deviate from the maximum allowable neighborhood average scale on the property located at 16 Hobson Avenue (Residential 1 Zone).

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and/or Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following:
CON-23-67 61A Commercial Street Notice of Intent filed by Tarak Shah to raze and replace existing dwelling, bulkhead, and deck, and to install a pool. Work to take place in Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Coastal Beach, and Buffer Zone to Coastal Beach. Continued without testimony from the June 6, 2023 meeting.
