The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 23-141
Application by Bradford Walker, on behalf of the Scott T. Dodd Revocable Living Trust, requesting to demolish and rebuild an existing dormer on a secondary rear ell roof, replace 3 exterior door leaves, add a small stoop hood at the front door, install new patio doors flanked by windows on a structure, and install new wood fences and trash enclosures on the east elevation of the property located at 119 Commercial Street.

Application by Cynthia Packard requesting to add a fence and a shed on the property located at 309 Bradford Street.

Application by Brant O. Greene requesting to install an outdoor rinse station on the property located at 25 Bangs Street.

Application by Leif Hamnquist, on behalf of Hudson Harbor R.E. Properties, requesting to remove exterior decks and stairs, construct additions on the east elevation and a dormer on a rear ell, and to reconfigure fenestration on the north and west elevations of a structure located at 26 Bradford Street.

AFSCME – DPW BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE STAFF
The Town of Provincetown is accepting applications for an opening in the Department of Public Works Building and Grounds Department for a skilled staff position. This is a 40 hour full time union position that performs building and grounds maintenance and repairs to all Town owned buildings and grounds, such as but not limited to; simple electrical, carpentry and plumbing repairs; repairs walls, doors, floors as well as mows lawn, trims hedges, weeds gardens and other related duties as required.
