On May 18, 2023, the Provincetown Board of Health approved the following changes to the Board of Health regulations:

PART VI, ARTICLE 1 – Septic System Installer’s Regulations (stricken)
PART VI, ARTICLE 2 – Septage Hauler’s Permit Regulations (stricken)
PART XI – SEWER REGULATIONS ARTICLE 1 – Sewer Connection Criteria during the State of Limited Capacity (amended to PART XI – SEWER REGULATIONS ARTICLE – Sewer Connection Pending Phase 6 Expansion)
The Provincetown Board of Health held a public hearing on the proposed regulations posted 4/21/23 to http://www.provincetown-ma.gov/1419/Proposed-Regulations.
Amended regulations, effective upon June 1, 2023 publication, will be posted to http://www.provincetown-ma.gov/461/Bylaws-Regulations.
