Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 on or before 3 PM on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at which time all bids shall be opened publicly. On May 18, 2023, the Provincetown Board of Health approved the following changes to the Board of Health regulations:

PART VI, ARTICLE 2 – Septage Hauler’s Permit Regulations (stricken)
PART XI – SEWER REGULATIONS ARTICLE 1 – Sewer Connection Criteria during the State of Limited Capacity (amended to PART XI – SEWER REGULATIONS ARTICLE – Sewer Connection Pending Phase 6 Expansion)
The Provincetown Board of Health held a public hearing on the proposed regulations posted 4/21/23 to http://www.provincetown-ma.gov/1419/Proposed-Regulations.
Amended regulations, effective upon June 1, 2023 publication, will be posted to http://www.provincetown-ma.gov/461/Bylaws-Regulations.
