The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 23-110
Application by Ted Smith, on behalf of Trevor’s Trails II, LLC, requesting to revise the front and rear doors on the structure located at 7 Snow Street.
HDC 23-117
Application by Cape Associates, Inc., on behalf of Allan J. Robinson, et al., requesting to modify a previously approved application, HDC 22-90, for various alterations to a single-family structure located at 153 Bradford Street.
HDC 23-122
Application by Peter Bullis requesting to replace aluminum siding with a mix of cedar shingles and clapboards on the structure located at 6 Winslow Street.
HDC 23-123
Application by Robin B. Reid, Esq., on behalf of Lexvest 318 Commercial, LLC, requesting to alter the exterior of an existing single-family structure by adding dormers, reconfiguring windows and doors, and replacing siding and roofing shingles on the property located at 318 Commercial Street.

Application by John Vastiau requesting to replace a fence and gate on the property located at 6 Gosnold Street.
HDC 23-130
Application by Duke Sherman requesting to add a white picket fence on the property located at 116 Bradford Street.

Application by Kevin Bazarian, on behalf of 18 Bangs Street, LLC, requesting to add a 6’ privacy fence on the rear of the property located at 18 Bangs Street.

The Town of Provincetown, MA is soliciting bids for a Harbor Patrol/Rescue Boat.
