HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AT 26 SHANK PAINTER ROAD AND 15 BROWN STREET
AMENDED
The Town is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the development of at least 24 units of middle-income rental housing on two town-owned parcels totaling 0.4-acres located at 26 Shank Painter Road and includes the adjacent parcel at 15 Brown Street in Provincetown. The developer will be responsible for the design, construction, development and operation of the units at the property. A site visit will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. See the Town web site (www.provincetown-ma.gov) for full specifications and instructions. Applicants shall submit on or before 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 1, 2023 to: The Town Manager’s Office, Town of Provincetown, 260 Commercial St., Provincetown, MA 02657. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to cancel this Request for Proposals if that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
