Ackerman, seeking Site Plan Review pursuant to Article 2, Section 2320(A), High Elevation Protection District (A), of the Zoning By-Laws to construct a deck, extend the front stairs, add a shed and a jacuzzi, and construct two landscaping walls on the property located at 2 Willow Drive.

On January 9, 2023, the Provincetown Select Board approved the following changes to the Board of Health fee schedules, effective upon publication.
PART VIII. ARTICLE 1 – Fee Schedule, Renter’s Certificate
- Applications for Long-Term Certificate, $300 per unit (valid 3 years).
- Applications for Short-Term Certificate, $750 per unit (valid one year).
The Provincetown Board of Health held a Public Hearing on the following Board of Health Regulations on Thursday, December 15, 2022, amending regulations posted to http://www.provincetown-ma.gov/461/Bylaws-Regulations effective upon Thursday, January 19, 2023 publication.
Board of Health approved 5-0-0.
Select Board approved 4-0-0

2022 Annual Traffic Hearing Results
The Provincetown Select Board held a public hearing on Monday, January 9, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial St., Provincetown, Massachusetts 02657 and then and there took action on the below listed proposals:
Citizen Proposals
Proposal 1: Partially approved a request by Martin Bobenski, for the placement of an additional “one way” sign and a “wrong way” sign in the area of 26 Winthrop Street.
Proposal 2: Partially approved a request by Nancy Lockwood, for the placement of signs on Bradford Street approaching Prince Street deterring Tour buses and oversized vehicles from going down Prince Street.
Proposal 3: Approved a request by Theodore Jones, to allow the resident to place a convex mirror on the northwest corner of Bradford and Bangs streets.
Proposal 4: Partially approved a request by Marian Roth, to amend the Traffic Regulations to Ban campers and buses over 20 feet from parking in the public way and to add a “no parking for campers or RVs” sign on Allerton and Bradford streets.
Proposal 5: Approved a request by Allan Eyden, to place a sign(s) to indicate the difference between Bradford Street and Bradford Street Extension.
Staff Proposals
Proposal 6: Approved a request by Parking Administrator David Anderson, to increase the hourly fee structure of the Macmillan pier lot and Grace Hall lot by $.50 per hour.
Proposal 7: Approved a request by Parking Administrator David Anderson, to remove the kiosks around town to be replaced by our online app service.
