The Provincetown Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.

Application by Mark Kinnane, of Cape Associates, Inc., on behalf of Dean Landy et al., seeking Site Plan Review pursuant to Article 2, Section 2320(A), High Elevation Protection District (A), of the Zoning By-Laws to add a two-story addition to the north elevation of an existing structure on the property located at 4 Miller Hill Road, U8 (Residential 3 Zone).

COA Program Assistant
The Town of Provincetown is now accepting applications for a COA Program Assistant position at the Senior Center. This is a Temporary position from January through June 2023 with possible extension. 12 hours/week, $20.16/hour. This position assists the COA Program Coordinator with Senior Center programs. The position is available immediately and will remain open until filled. In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and/or Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following:
CON-22-60 199 Commercial Street Notice of Intent filed by Pied Piper Condominium Trust, to replace exterior decks and access stairways.

The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
