Invitation for Bids (IFB)
For Refurbishment of Auditorium Seating
The Town of Provincetown, MA is soliciting bids for the refurbishment of Town Hall auditorium seating. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 on or before 3 PM on Monday, November 28, 2022, at which time all bids shall be opened publicly. The Town reserves the right to cancel this IFB, or to reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if it is determined to be in the best interests of the Town to do so. Historic District Commission

The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
Application by Mark Kinnane, of Cape Associates Co., on behalf of KJaellehus, LLC, requesting to install solar panels on a roof and two awnings on a south gable end on the structure located at 613 Commercial Street.
Application by Ocazo Construction, on behalf of the Sara L. Malconian Trust, requesting to remove existing balusters and railing system and replace it with stainless steel cable railing system on the structure located at 423 Commercial Street, U2.
Application by Robert B. Greene requesting to construct a 3’ addition to an existing rear dormer and add a new skylight on the structure located at 172 Bradford Street, U3.
Application by Robert P. Silva requesting to install a pergola on the property located at 5 Conwell Street.
Application by Robert Henrique, on behalf of Peter M. D’Alesso, requesting to demolish a structure and move it off of the street and property line to a new location on the property located at 287 Bradford Street.
Application by Lesley Moore, on behalf of Steven M. Ballerini et vir., requesting to expand the footprint of an existing cottage, add a bump-out, a rear shed dormer, and two doghouse dormers, raise walls, change the pitch of the roof, and lift it to install a 4’ foundation on the property located at 72B Commercial Street.
Application by Ethan Poulin, on behalf of LCOF Provincetown CPBK Inv, LLC, requesting to install a new poured stone veneer-faced concrete wall with bluestone cap to match an existing wall on the property located at 8 Carver Street.
Application by Timothy Maher requesting to demolish and rebuild a structure on the property located at 963 Commercial Street, U23.

Application by Eric Auger, on behalf of Joseph A. Asermely et vir., seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article 2, Section 2450, Permitted Accessory Uses, G14, Utility/Garden Shed, of the Zoning By-Laws to install a shed on the property located at 4 Browne Street (Residential 3 Zone).
Application by Robin B. Reid, Esq., on behalf of Treved Holdings, LLC, seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article 2, Section 2440, Permitted Principal Uses, B, Business, B5, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, of the Zoning By-Laws to allow expanded liquor service and limited food service to the existing innkeepers license at the premises located at 22 Commercial Street (Residential 1 Zone).
