Invitation for Bids (IFB)
For Refurbishment of Auditorium Seating
The Town of Provincetown, MA is soliciting bids for the refurbishment of Town Hall auditorium seating. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 on or before 3 PM on Monday, November 28, 2022, at which time all bids shall be opened publicly. The Town reserves the right to cancel this IFB, or to reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if it is determined to be in the best interests of the Town to do so. The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.

Application by Mark Kinnane, of Cape Associates Co., on behalf of KJaellehus, LLC, requesting to install solar panels on a roof and two awnings on a south gable end on the structure located at 613 Commercial Street.

Application by Ocazo Construction, on behalf of the Sara L. Malconian Trust, requesting to remove existing balusters and railing system and replace it with stainless steel cable railing system on the structure located at 423 Commercial Street, U2.
