Application by Eric Larsen, on behalf of Daniel Kearney et al., seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article 2, Sections 3110, Change, Extensions or Alterations, and 3115, Demolition and Reconstruction, of the Zoning By-Laws to demolish and reconstruct an existing deck on the structure located at 638 Commercial Street (Residential 2 Zone).

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following:
CON-22-34 665 Commercial Street Notice of Intent filed by Fabian LLP for proposed seawall repair.
CON-22-35 66 and 72 West Vine Street Notice of Intent filed by David Krohn for installation of gravel access road and granite stone walkway.
