Request for Proposals (“RFP”):
Master Plan Development of Motta Field
The Town of Provincetown invites proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary teams to develop a master plan for Motta Field in Provincetown, Massachusetts for public use and enjoyment. A pre-proposal briefing will be held on Tuesday, June 21st at 1:00 pm at Motta Field located at 25 Winslow Street. Proposals shall be submitted no later than 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 7, 2022 and must be returned to: Town Manager’s Office, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 for consideration. The submitted proposals will be opened and the names of the submitting consultants will be recorded. The full RFP is available at www.provincetown-ma.gov. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and to award the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.

The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.

Application by Lucy Monte, on behalf of Julie Goodridge, requesting to replace 14 windows on the structure located at 16 Point Street, U4.
HDC 22-148
Application by Bradford Walker, on behalf of Terrence A. West, requesting to renovate a structure, including replacing, relocating, and reconfiguring windows, replacing front and rear doors, replacing a fence, relocating a shed, lifting an existing gable roof by 36”, removing two block chimneys, adding a new cross-gable extension on the east elevation, and adding a sloped dormer on the west elevation on the property located at 15 Bradford Street.
