The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 22-72
Application by Todd Westrick, on behalf of Michael Fernon Revocable Trust, Michael Fernon, Trustee, requesting to replace three detached and deteriorating fences with a new 36” high fence and to add a gate at the front walk on the property located at 162 Commercial Street.

Application by Christopher Mathieson requesting to repair a ballest stone wall, replace concrete front steps, and add a matching picket fence to the left side of the structure on the property located at 1 Winthrop Street.

Application by Trevor Pontbriand, on behalf of Allan J. Robinson et al., requesting to construct a 30 sq. ft. addition, three dormers, and a small overhang above the front door, add a skylight, and replace existing windows, siding, trim and roofing on the structure located at 153 Bradford Street.

Application by Nicolas Busa requesting to replace 95% of the existing windows, install skylights, and add a slider to a new deck on the north elevation of the structure located at 650 Commercial Street.

The Provincetown Public Pier Corporation will hold a Public Hearing/Stakeholders meeting on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 for an open discussion with all stakeholders to gather information and to receive comments from the public on the subject of the West side of MacMillan Pier excursion float users, sub-tenants as well as the inclusion of excursion float 1E on the east side as well as all subtenants and users.
Discussions will include, but not limited to gathering information regarding:
1) Annual renewal application for Excursion Tenants and license holders
2) Processes and qualifications.
3) Sub-tenant qualifications.
4) Fees, rates and required Insurances.
5) Tenant discussions and additional topics
