The Provincetown Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to G.L. c. 40A in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 6 P.M. to hear comments from the public and vote on the following proposed amendments to the Provincetown Zoning Bylaws for the April 4, 2022 Annual Town Meeting, as well as any proposed petitioned articles concerning land use or development.
Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, this meeting will be conducted in person and, as a courtesy, via remote means in accordance with applicable law. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the remote broadcast, unless required by law. The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.

Invitation to Bid
The Town of Provincetown invites sealed bids only from prequalified General Contractors and Trade Contractors for the Provincetown Police Station Project at Jerome Smith Road Provincetown, MA in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Flansburgh Architects, 77 North Washington Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02114. The work of this Contract includes construction and site improvements for an approx. 13,800 square foot police station.
Sealed bids for the General Contract on forms furnished by the Awarding Authority will be received by the Awarding Authority until 2:00pm local time on May 4, 2022.
Sealed sub-bids for the trades listed on forms furnished by the Awarding Authority will be received by the Awarding Authority until 2:00pm local time on April 13, 2022.
