The Provincetown Harbor Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 , at 5:00 P.M., in the Caucus Hall at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 to consider the following changes to Chapter 2 of the Harbor Regulations:
Article 2. Beaches
3-2-1 Vessels, including their lines and anchors, shall not be located on public beaches unless they receive written authorization and appropriate permits from the Harbormaster. The owner of any unauthorized vessel which is located on a public beach shall be subject to ticketing and/or removal and storage at the expense of the owner,16 pursuant to 3-2-3 (b).28
a) No vessel over 17 12 feet may be stored on public beaches from April 15th to November 15th28 No vessel with an enclosed cabin a motor, mast, or control/helm station may be stored on public beaches. for more than 7 days per calendar year.12

Historic District Commission
March 2, 2022
The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 22-10
Application by Michael Clement requesting to replace a door and replace/enlarge two windows on the structure located at 15 Conant Street, U2.
HDC 22-11
Application by Brian Calhoon, on behalf of Rainbow Connection Realty, LLC, requesting to replace balconies on the south facade and to reconstruct the west facade decks, balconies, and stairwell to include a lift so that the first floor becomes more accessible on the structure located at 174 Commercial Street.
HDC 22-17
Application by Bill Fornaciari, on behalf of Nancy L. Ross et al., requesting to replace existing siding, add windows, rebuild an existing stoop, install a new foundation under an existing sunroom, and remove existing cinderblock chimneys on the structure located at 31 Pearl Street.
HDC 22-20
Application by Pia Miller requesting to replace 2 windows on the south elevation and 1 window on the north elevation and to relocate an exterior door on the west elevation of the structure located at 8 Court Street, UA.
HDC 20-21
Application by Attorney Lester J. Murphy, on behalf of 53 Commercial Provincetown, LLC, requesting to construct a two-story guest structure with a two-car garage on the front of the property located at 53 Commercial Street.

Per the Provincetown Charter 2-3-g, the Provincetown Visitor Services Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 8, 2022, 1pm in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 to hear comment from the public on April 4, 2022 Annual and Special Town Meeting Warrant Article for the fiscal year 2023 Five-Year Plan for Tourism Fund Expenditures and the Visitor Services Board review of warrant articles and vote their recommendations.

In accordance with §6-4-g of the Provincetown Charter, the Select Board and the Finance Committee will hold a remote Joint Public Hearing on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 7 pm. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to hear comments from the public on the Town’s proposed Fiscal Year 2023 operating budget.

2021 Growth Management Report
March 14, 2022
The Provincetown Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 on the 2021 Annual Report on Growth Management, pursuant to Section 6600(3) of the Provincetown Zoning By-laws.
Said report shall evaluate the effects of growth on our resources including but not limited to potable water supply, solid waste disposal and wastewater disposal, as well as an update on the Town’s affordable housing needs assessment and demand for Economic Development. The Select Board will be asked to make a finding that the Town is in compliance with its DEP water withdrawal permit and set the rate of growth for the upcoming year. Copies of the Growth Management report, including the average daily water withdrawal for the Provincetown Water System, are available at Town Hall and online at www.provincetown-ma.gov as of February 15, 2022.
