The Provincetown Community Preservation Committee will conduct a hybrid public hearing on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 to obtain public input on applications for Community Preservation Funds as listed below. Historic District Commission
February 16, 2022
The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 22-5
Application by Ted Smith, on behalf of Stephen Syta, requesting to construct a new dormer on a north elevation mirroring an existing south elevation dormer and to install solar panels on an existing south dormer roof on the structure located at 5 Pleasant Street.
HDC 22-11
Application by Brian Calhoon, on behalf of Rainbow Connection Realty, LLC, requesting to replace balconies on the south facade and to reconstruct the west facade decks, balconies and stairwell to include a lift so that the first floor becomes more accessible on the structure located at 174 Bradford Street.

Application by Ted Smith, on behalf of John R. Lamb et vir., requesting Site Plan Review pursuant to Article 2, Section 2320 (B), High Elevation Protection District (B), of the Zoning By-Laws to reconfigure entry steps, an entry vestibule, and a stair from a west facing deck down to grade, to add a covered porch in front of the modified entry vestibule on the east elevation and an outdoor shower, and to enlarge two dormers on the property located at 9 Telegraph Hill Road.
