The Provincetown Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 to receive comments from the public on the following Economic Development Permit requests:
- EDP 20-2004 –335 Commercial Street, Squealing Pig, by Clipper Ventures Realty Trust dba Squealing Pig (owner), to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the existing property by 490 gallons per day to add 14 additional restaurant seats.
- EDP 21-02 –179 Commercial Street, Jimmy’s Hideaway, by RMJM LLC (owner), to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the existing property by 560 gallons per day to add 16 additional restaurant seats.
- EDP 21-09 -12 Masonic Place, Station Row Salon, by Nick Norman and Matthew Carlson (applicant) on behalf of John Burrows (owner) to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the exiting property by 174 gallons per day to convert the exiting retail space to a two-chair salon.

Human Services Grant Program Funding Strategy
The Provincetown Human Services Committee will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room at the VMCC, 2 Mayflower Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 to hear public comment on the FY2023 Human Services Grant Program funding strategy.
Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, this meeting will be conducted in person and as a courtesy via remote means, in accordance with applicable law. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law.
