Historic District Commission
The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 21-279
Application by Alexander Sprague, on behalf of Brian Piccini, requesting to replace a fence on the property located at 191-A Commercial Street, U1.
HDC 21-296
Application by Eric Larsen, on behalf of Daniel R. Raymond et al., requesting to remove and reconstruct a deck and to replace an existing fence on the property located at 638 Commercial Street.

Economic Development Permit:
The Provincetown Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 to receive comments from the public on the following Economic Development Permit requests:
- EDP 20-2004 –335 Commercial Street, Squealing Pig, by Clipper Ventures Realty Trust dba Squealing Pig (owner), to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the existing property by 490 gallons per day to add 14 additional restaurant seats.
- EDP 21-02 –179 Commercial Street, Jimmy’s Hideaway, by RMJM LLC (owner), to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the existing property by 560 gallons per day to add 16 additional restaurant seats.
- EDP 21-09 -12 Masonic Place, Station Row Salon, by Nick Norman and Matthew Carlson (applicant) on behalf of John Burrows (owner) to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the exiting property by 174 gallons per day to convert the exiting retail space to a two-chair salon.
