The Provincetown Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
The Planning Board will consider the following requests:
PLN 21-26
Application by Wayne Tavares, on behalf of Michael J. Shuster et vir., seeking Site Plan Review pursuant to Article 2, Section 2320, High Elevation Protection District B, of the Zoning By-Laws to construct retaining walls, stepped terraces (plateaus), a shed, and a swimming pool on the property located at 99 Bayberry Avenue.

Application by William N. Rogers, II, on behalf of Elizabeth Athineos et al., seeking Site Plan Review by Special Permit pursuant to Article 4, Section 4015, a. (4), Site Plan Review by Special Permit, of the Zoning By-Laws for developments of commercial properties that have curb cuts greater than 25% of their existing or proposed street frontage to construct a first-floor addition over an existing basement roof/walkway and a 4.5’ by 18’ egress deck and stairs on the property located at 63 Shank Painter Road.

Application by Ginny Binder, on behalf of Hal Winard, seeking a Site Plan Review by Special Permit pursuant to Article 4, Section 4015 a. (1), Site Plan Review by Special Permit, of the Zoning By-Laws to add a dwelling unit to a structure that will result in three or more residential units on the property located at 206 Commercial Street.

The Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following requests:
CON-21-74 6 Winston Ave.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Steven Lampert, pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, for after-the-fact approval of a wooden walkway installed along the north and west sides of existing residence. Work to take place in Coastal Dune and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage.
CON-21-75 86 Harry Kemp Way
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Dr. Cheryl Lee Andrews, pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, to install a new Title 5 septic system. Work to take place in Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
This meeting will be conducted in person; however, members of the public may participate remotely. Instructions for viewing and participating via the Microsoft Teams app can be found on the meeting agenda, which will be posted on the Town’s website at least 48 hours before the time of the meeting. The meeting will also be broadcast live on PTV GOV Channel 18 or online at http://www.provincetowntv.org/watch.html.

Historic District Commission
The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.

Application by Alexander Sprague, on behalf of Brian Piccini, requesting to replace a fence on the property located at 191-A Commercial Street, U1.
HDC 21-296
Application by Eric Larsen, on behalf of Daniel R. Raymond et al., requesting to remove and reconstruct a deck and to replace an existing fence on the property located at 638 Commercial Street.
