The Provincetown Cemetery Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, 4:00pm in the Caucus Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, to inform the public of revisions to the Cemetery Rules and Regulations. Copies of the proposed revisions of the Rules and Regulations are available at www.provincetown-ma.gov, the Town Clerk’s Office, and will be available at the Public Hearing.

Historic District Commission
The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.

The Provincetown Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
The meeting will be in person, however the public may participate remotely. The Provincetown Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 to receive comments from the public on the following Economic Development Permit requests:
- EDP 21-04–Crown Pointe Inn and Spa, 82 Bradford Street, by Boutique Hospitality Inc (owner), to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the existing property by 840 gallons per day to add 24 additional restaurant seats.
- EDP 21-06– Hal Winard, 206-208 Commercial Street, by Hal Winard (owner), to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the existing property by 71 gallons per day to add an owners / employee housing unit to the property.

CON-21-70 10 Harbour Drive
Notice of Intent filed by Randall Brumette, pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, to install an in-ground saltwater pool and associated landscaping. Work to take place in Coastal Dune, Buffer Zone to Coastal Dune, and NHESP Estimated and Priority Habitat.
