The Provincetown Cemetery Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, 4:00pm in the Caucus Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, to inform the public of revisions to the Cemetery Rules and Regulations. Copies of the proposed revisions of the Rules and Regulations are available at www.provincetown-ma.gov, the Town Clerk’s Office, and will be available at the Public Hearing.

Historic District Commission
The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.

Application by Ted Smith, on behalf of Whitney Kelly, requesting to remove an exterior stair, construct a new entry canopy, and remove and relocate various windows on all elevations on the structure located at 5 Fishburn Court.

Planning Board
The Provincetown Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
The meeting will be in person, however the public may participate remotely. You view the live broadcast of the meeting online at PTV GOV Channel 18 at http://www.provincetowntv.org/watch.html or get instructions for viewing and participating via the Microsoft Teams app on the Planning Board agenda, which will be posted on the Town’s website at least 48 hours before the time of the meeting.

Application by Ted Smith seeking Site Plan Review pursuant to Article 2, Section 2320(A), High Elevation Protection District (A), of the Zoning By-Laws to revise a previously approved Site Plan Review (PLN 20-2012) involving a dormer, roof decks, and an access stair on the structure located at 41 Bradford Street Extension.

Economic Development Permit:
The Provincetown Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 to receive comments from the public on the following Economic Development Permit requests:
- EDP 21-04–Crown Pointe Inn and Spa, 82 Bradford Street, by Boutique Hospitality Inc (owner), to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the existing property by 840 gallons per day to add 24 additional restaurant seats.
- EDP 21-06– Hal Winard, 206-208 Commercial Street, by Hal Winard (owner), to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the existing property by 71 gallons per day to add an owners / employee housing unit to the property.
- EDP 21-07– Spotless new England Clearing Service, 350 Commercial Street, by Nicholas Dennis (applicant) on behalf of Frederick Schulenburg (owner), to increase the assigned Title 5 flow to the existing property by 1,200 gallons per day to accommodate a linen laundry facility.

The Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following requests:
CON-21-70 10 Harbour Drive
Notice of Intent filed by Randall Brumette, pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, to install an in-ground saltwater pool and associated landscaping. Work to take place in Coastal Dune, Buffer Zone to Coastal Dune, and NHESP Estimated and Priority Habitat.
This meeting will be conducted in person; however, members of the public may participate remotely. Application Mark Kinnane, of Cape Associates, Inc., on behalf of Lisa F. Shea Trust et al., seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article 3, Sections 3110, Change, Extensions, or Alterations, and 3115, Demolition and Reconstruction, of the Zoning By-Laws to demolish a portion of a structure located in a pre-existing, non-conforming west side yard setback, raise the entire structure, install helical piers, and frame a new floor system, then lower the structure onto the new floor system and rebuild the portion of the structure that was removed on the property located at 613 Commercial Street (Residential 2 Zone).
