PUBLIC HEARING
Historic District Commission
The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Work Session at 3:30 P.M. followed by a Public Hearing at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.

Written comments may be submitted to the Historic District Commission by email to: [email protected] at least 24 hours before the meeting. Any comments received after that deadline will become part of the public record but not be considered by the HDC prior to or at the hearing.
HDC 21-202
Application by Mark Kinane, on behalf of Lisa F. Shea Trust et al., requesting to raise a structure and install a concrete pier foundation, add a new front porch and two stairways, and demolish and reconstruct an addition on the west elevation and a first-floor deck with associated stairways to match the existing on the property located at 613 Commercial Street.
HDC 21-205
Application by John B. Livingstone requesting to extend an existing fence on the property located at 522 Commercial Street, UB.
HDC 21-206
Application by Ted Smith, on behalf of Gregory Whitehead et. vir., requesting to demolish a garage and replace it with a one-story addition on a west elevation, infill a southwest corner, and add a dormer on the southeast corner of the structure located at 24 Standish Street.
HDC 21-208
Application by Russell Cazeault, on behalf of the Moy Family Trust, requesting to replace existing wood trim with Azek trim on the structure located at 7 Brewster Street.
HDC 21-214
Application by Grace Ryder-O’Malley, on behalf of the Provincetown Art Association & Museum, requesting to restore an historic building façade, including replacing 10 windows, a former entrance door, trim, corner boards and siding, and repairing shutters, a brick stoop, clerestory sidelights, and a transom on the property located at 460 Commercial Street.

Special Alcohol License
The Provincetown Licensing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 5:15 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, Massachusetts, to hear a petition from Matthew King representing Provincetown Food & Wine Festival for a Special Liquor License for an event to be held on November 4, 2021 from 2pm to 7pm at 41 Commercial St.
Special Alcohol License
The Provincetown Licensing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 5:15 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, Massachusetts, to hear a petition from Matthew King representing Provincetown Food & Wine Festival for a Special Liquor License for an event to be held on November 5, 2021 from 1pm to 4pm at 173 Commercial St.
Special Entertainment License
The Provincetown Licensing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 5:15 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, Massachusetts, to hear a petition from Michelle Crone for Special Entertainment License for an event to be held on October 2, 2021 between 4pm and 10pm at 31 Commercial Street. No rain date requested.
Special Alcohol License
The Provincetown Licensing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 5:15 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, Massachusetts, to hear a petition from Schuyler Brown for a Special Liquor License for an event to be held on October 31, 2021 from 5pm to 9pm at 296 Commercial St.
Comments may be submitted in writing to the Licensing Board, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 or [email protected] by September 27, 2021 or during the hearing.

Planning Board
The Provincetown Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
The meeting will be in person, however the public may participate remotely. You view the live broadcast of the meeting online at PTV GOV Channel 18 at http://www.provincetowntv.org/watch.html or get instructions for viewing and participating via the Microsoft Teams app on the Planning Board agenda, which will be posted on the Town’s website at least 48 hours before the time of the meeting.
The Planning Board will consider the following requests:
PLN 21-20
Application by Eric Larsen, on behalf of Marcene Marcoux, seeking Site Plan Review pursuant to Article 2, Section 2320(B), High Elevation Protection District (B), of the Zoning By-Laws to install a shed on the property located at 186 Bradford Street.
