PLANNING BOARD
Pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, c.40A sec 5, the Eastham Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 PM ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 16, 2025, in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The applications and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. PB-2025-08 435 Shurtleff Road, Map 07, Parcel 142-A, Michael A. Nargi and Kerri L. Picard (Owners/Applicants) seeks a Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Sections 7.4.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to demolish an existing dwelling and detached accessory garage/guest house and construct a new dwelling on a lot containing 20,000 square feet or more, where the site coverage exceeds 3,000 square feet. Vote may be taken.
Case No. PB2025-09 – 425 Massasoit Road Map 08, Parcel 224 Cape Associates Inc. (Owner/Applicant), seeks a Site Plan Approval – Special Permit pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Sections 3.8.5.1 and 3.8.6.4, for the following items (1) a use requiring a Special Permit per Table of Uses (proposed mixed –use building in Office Residential District), (2) the exterior construction or expansion of structure(s) resulting in an increase greater than 4,500 sf of buildings footprint and/or exterior of building or site area (proposed second floor addition to existing building), (3) creation of greater than 10 additional parking spaces, (4) creation of five or more new dwelling units (principle or accessory use). Applicant also seeks an Inclusionary Zoning Special Permit pursuant to Eastham Zoning Bylaw Section 7.7. for the creation of six new dwelling units, where any project that results in a net increase of five or more dwelling units as part of a single application whether by new construction or by the alteration or rehabilitation of existing structures requires that the applicant shall contribute to the local stock of affordable and workforce housing units. Votes may be taken.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Town of Eastham is seeking sealed bids for the supply and delivery of a Fire Department Emergency Response Boat.
Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town of Eastham website at https://www.eastham-ma.gov/bids.aspx under bids and proposals.
Bids will be received at the Eastham Town Hall Administration Offices, 2500 State Highway, Eastham MA, 02642, on or before THURSDAY, JULY 24, 2025 AT 2:00 PM
Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked “Bid – Eastham Fire Boat”
NOTE: One original and two (2) copies of each bid shall be submitted. U faxed or e-mailed bids will be accepted.
The Town of Eastham reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as decided to be in the best interest of the Town.
All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B as amended.
