ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
The Town of Eastham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 5:00 PM ON THURSDAY, JUNE 5, 2025, in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The applications and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. ZBA-2025-03 – 150 State Highway Map 20, Parcel 114, 150 Old State Highway Cottages, LLC. (Owner/Applicant), seeks an appeal pursuant to M.G.L c. 40A Section 8, and Section 10 of the Eastham Zoning Bylaw of the decision of the Eastham Planning Board in Case No. PB2025-05 denying Applicant a waiver from site plan approval. Vote may be taken.
