A Public Hearing will be held on MONDAY, MARCH 17, 2025 AT 5:30 PM, in the Earle Mountain Meeting Room at the Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway AND by remote participation, regarding Apex Companies, LCC request for the Town’s Water Project contractors to install a new utility pole, along with all sustaining and protecting appurtenances, within the public right of-way at the intersection of Southeast Street and South Eastham Street. The purpose of this installation is to support the deployment of a water meter reading device.

Cell Tower Purposes

The Town of Eastham seeks proposals from qualified telecommunications providers for a long-term lease of a portion of the Town-owned property located at 2770 Nauset Road Rear (Map 05, Parcel 031, Lot 25) Eastham, Massachusetts 02642, and 2550 State Highway (Map 15, Parcel 060A), Eastham, Massachusetts 02642. The properties are the site of the Town’s water tower and public safety building respectively. The lease with the current telecommunications tenant will expire in 2025. The Town’s Request for Proposals is available on the Town’s website at: www.eastham-ma.gov/bids.aspx. Proposals must be submitted to:

Electronic Voting Services

The Town of Eastham is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals for Electronic Voting Services in accordance with the specifications set forth within the Request for Proposals (RFP) document.
This RFP has been issued by the authority granted the Town by Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30B, Uniform Procurement Act, Section 6. Proposers should familiarize themselves with the provisions of this Act.
RFP documents containing definitions of required services, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and other pertinent information may be obtained beginning March 10, 2025, by contacting: The Administration Offices at Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA 02642; via email at sbrogan@eastham-ma.gov; or by visiting the Town of Eastham Website at http://www.eastham-ma.gov/ , click on the “Find it Fast” page.
A response to a Request for Proposal requires a separate Technical Proposal and a separate Price Proposal, both submitted in separate, sealed envelopes. Please follow the submission requirements and instructions contained within this RFP, failure to do so may result in the response being considered nonresponsive.
Proposals should be submitted in the required format(s), and received at the Administration Offices at Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA 02642 by 2:00 p.m. on March 27, 2025.
The Town of Eastham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals which are not responsible and/or responsive, in whole or in part, as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
