The Town of Eastham Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The applications and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. PB2024-11 – 15 Martha Lane Map 10, Parcel 200. Alan Chabot (Owner) Don Delaney (Applicant) seeks Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to construct a 24×24 (576 sf) garage resulting in a site coverage of 2,805 sf, on a lot containing 19,166 sf. Where the site coverage for an accessory building causes the site coverage ratio to be equal to 15% of the lot area and/or equal to or greater than 2,000 square feet. Vote may be taken.
Case No. PB2024-12 – 30 Martha Lane Map 10, Parcel 144. Tracey and Frank Dean (Owners/Applicants) seeks Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to demolish and existing single-family dwelling and construct a new single-family dwelling with a proposed site coverage of 3,120 sf on a lot containing 30,000 sf. Where the site coverage ratio exceeds 3,000 sf. Vote may be taken.
Case No. PB2024-13 – 46 Bow Road Rear Map 07, Parcel 482. Brian and Brianna Seppala (Owners/Applicants) seek Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to construct a new dwelling unit and attach to an existing single-family dwelling to create a duplex with a proposed site coverage of 4,547 sf on a lot containing 87,745 sf. Where the site coverage ratio exceeds 3,000 sf. Vote may be taken.

Human Services Advisory Committee is seeking applications for FY26 Grant funding
The Town of Eastham’s Human Services Advisory Committee is seeking applications for FY26 Grant funding requests from Human Services providers. Applicants will be evaluated on their programs in view of Eastham’s community needs across all age groups. The committee will recommend to the Select Board, through the Town Manager, a specific grant amount for each application approved for a Grant.
Applications are available on our website at www.eastham-ma.gov. The application deadline is Friday, October 18, 2024, at 4 PM.
