Case No. PB-2024-08: 720 Schoolhouse Road, Map 9 Parcel 68-A, Prahba Chavva (Owner) Deborah Davis (Applicant) seeks seek Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to demolish an existing one-story dwelling and build a new two-story dwelling with attached two car garage and second floor accessory dwelling unit on a lot containing 20,000 square feet or more, where the site coverage exceeds 3,000 square feet. Case No. ZBA2024-05: 20 Windy Bay Road, Map 10 Parcel 89X, Anthony J. Chapman III & Susan L. Chapman (Owner/Applicant) seek a Site Plan Approval Residential Special Permit pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4, (Residential Lot Intensity) subsections 7.4.9.1 (Site Plan Approval Special Permit) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential). To construct a new addition, a covered porch and relocate an existing rinse station and expand existing deck on a property that is pre-existing non-conforming to the site coverage standards under section 7.4.3.
