A Select Board Public Hearing will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024, at 5:30 PM, in the Earle Mountain Meeting Room at the Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway AND by remote participation, to review Shellfish Regulations. A list of proposed changes will be available on the Town’s website at www.eastham-ma.gov.

The Town of Eastham Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The applications and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. PB2024-05 – 2765 State Highway Map 12, Parcel 17. Mitchell Cahill and Alicia Urella (Owners/Applicants) seek Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to construct a 2-bedroom dwelling and convert an existing dwelling into an artist studio on a lot containing 20,000 square feet or more, where the site coverage exceeds 3,000 square feet. Vote may be taken.
Case No. PB2024-06– 365 Harmes Way Map 01, Parcel 111 Top Gun Realty LLC (Owner), Joseph and Julie Evans (Applicants) seek Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to demolish an existing two-story dwelling and build a new two-story dwelling on piers for compliance with current flood plain building code requirements on a lot containing 20,000 square feet or more, where the site coverage exceeds 3,000 square feet. Vote may be taken.
Case No. PB2024-07– 20 Fife Court Map 14, Parcel 48B Linda Garvey (Owner), Longfellow Design (Applicants) seek Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to construct a new 4-bedroom single family dwelling on a vacant lot containing 20,000 square feet or more, where the proposed site coverage of 4,551 square feet site coverage exceeds 3,000 square feet. Vote may be taken.
