The Town of Eastham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 5:00 PM ON THURSDAY, JUNE 6, 2024 in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The applications and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. ZBA2024-04: 365 Harmes Way, Map 01 Parcel 111, Top Gun Realty LLC (Owner), Joseph and Julie Evans (Applicants) seek a Variance from Zoning Bylaw Section 21 (Definitions– Maximum Building Height) pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40A s. 10 to demolish an existing two-story dwelling and build a new two-story dwelling on piers for compliance with current flood plain building code requirements where the proposed building will exceed the 30 foot building height limit. Vote may be taken.

A Select Board Public Hearing will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024, at 5:30 PM, in the Earle Mountain Meeting Room at the Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway AND by remote participation, regarding Plan #MA2024-35 dated April 25, 2024 from Verizon New England Inc. and Eversource Energy who request permission:
To locate poles, wires, cables, and fixtures including the necessary anchors, guys and other such sustaining and protecting fixtures to be owned and used in common by your petitioners, along and across the following public way or ways (Massasoit Rd.) and to place one (1) jointly owned pole 36/1069.5 on Massasoit Rd.
