Human Services Advisory Committee
The Town of Eastham’s Human Services Advisory Committee is seeking applications for FY25 Grant funding requests from Human Services providers. Applicants will be evaluated on their programs in view of Eastham’s community needs across all age groups. The committee will recommend to the Select Board, through the Town Administrator, a specific grant amount for each application approved for a Grant.
Applications are available on our website at www.eastham-ma.gov. The application deadline is Friday, November 3, 2023, at 4 PM.

The Town of Eastham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 5:00 PM ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2023 in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The applications and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. ZBA23-09– Address 960 Massasoit Road, Map 5, Parcel 169: Billingsgate Landing Association represented by William Kelly (Applicants/Appellants) abutters to 960 Massasoit Road, seek an appeal pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40A s. 8 and 15 of the issuance of Building Permit #BP-23-501 by the Building Commissioner for construction of an exterior second floor egress stairway for a residential structure located at 960 Massasoit Road; where the appellant contends that the building permit was issued without adequate regulatory review and due process.
Case No. ZBA2023-10– 305 Nauset Light Beach Road, Map 23 Parcel 23-18, Timothy Baker (Owner/Applicant) seeks a Special Permit pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40A s. 6 and Eastham Zoning By-Law section 19.2 (nonconforming uses, buildings, structures) and section 7.2.4 (setback requirements) to increase pre-existing, nonconforming west side setback distance by relocating dwelling to 2 feet from the property line due to coastal bank erosion. Vote may be taken.
