The Eastham Community Preservation Act Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 5:00 PM at the Eastham Town Hall Earle Mountain Meeting Room, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA 02642. Eastham residents and/or prospective applicants are encouraged to attend for a review of the CPA process and to discuss ideas for future CPA projects. Questions may be directed to the Eastham Planning Department (508) 240-5900. This is to inform you in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40, Section 32 of the Town’s General By-Laws pertaining to Articles 5A,7A,7B,7C,7D,7E,7F,7G and 7H (Zoning) Article 5A (General), of the warrant for the Annual Town Meeting first convened on May 6, 2023 has been APPROVED by the Attorney General’s Office on August 18, 2023.
Claims of invalidity by reason of any defect in the procedure of adoption or amendment may only be made within 14 days of this posting. Copies of the by-laws may viewed on the Town of Eastham’s website at https://www.eastham-ma.gov or obtained at the Eastham Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
