To Provide the Following Professional Services:
Outer Cape Municipal Health – Regional Public Nurse
The Town of Eastham is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals for an Outer Cape Municipal Health – Regional Public Nurse services in accordance with the specifications set forth within the Request for Proposals (RFP) document.
This RFP has been issued by the authority granted the Town by Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30B, Uniform Procurement Act, Section 6. Proposers should familiarize themselves with the provisions of this Act.
RFP documents containing definitions of required services, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and other pertinent information may be obtained beginning July 19, 2023, by contacting: The Administration Offices at Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA 02642; via email at [email protected]; or by visiting the Town of Eastham Website at http://www.eastham-ma.gov/ , click on the “How do I” page.
A response to a Request for Proposal requires a separate Technical Proposal and a separate Price Proposal, both submitted in separate, sealed envelopes. Please follow the submission requirements and instructions contained within this RFP, failure to do so may result in the response being considered nonresponsive.
Proposals should be submitted in the required format(s), and received at the Administration Offices at Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA 02642 by 2:00 p.m. on August 17, 2023.
The Town of Eastham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals which are not responsible and/or responsive, in whole or in part, as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.

Public Hearing
August 16, 2023
The Town of Eastham Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The applications and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. PB2023-19 – 8 Gile Road Map 7, Parcel 528. Paula Peterson (Owner), Don Connelly (Applicant) seeks Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to construct a proposed first floor addition, with new deck and new covered porch to an existing dwelling on a lot between 10,000 and 19,999 sf where the proposed addition exceeds 2.5 % of the lot area. Vote may be taken.
