The Town of Eastham Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The applications and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. PB2023-17 – 145 Oquamoshod Road Map 4, Parcel 138. Kevin & Patricia Gibney (Owners), John O’Reilly (Applicant) seeks Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to demolish an existing three bedroom dwelling and construct a new four bedroom dwelling on a lot containing 20,000 sf or more where site coverage exceeds 3,000 sf. Vote may be taken.
Case No. PB2023-18 – 170 Widgeon Drive Map 17, Parcel 531. Daniel & Jill Callaghan (Owners/Applicants) seek Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to enlarge an existing garage and construct a second floor living area on a lot containing 20,000 sf or more where site coverage exceeds 3,000 sf. Vote may be taken.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
To Provide the Following Professional Services:
WATER USAGE BILLING AND COLLECTION SERVICES
The Town of Eastham is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals for Water Usage Billing and Collection Services in accordance with the specifications set forth within the Request for Proposals (RFP) document.
This RFP has been issued by the authority granted the Town by Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30B, Uniform Procurement Act, Section 6. Proposers should familiarize themselves with the provisions of this Act.
RFP documents containing definitions of required services, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and other pertinent information may be obtained beginning June 7, 2023, by contacting: The Water Department Office at the Eastham Department of Public Works, 555 Old Orchard Road, Eastham, MA 02642; via email at [email protected]; or by visiting the Town of Eastham Website at eastham-ma.gov/bids.aspx.
A response to a Request for Proposal requires a separate Technical Proposal and a separate Price Proposal, both submitted in separate, sealed envelopes. Please follow the submission requirements and instructions contained within this RFP, failure to do so may result in the response being considered nonresponsive.
Proposals should be submitted in the required format(s), and received at the Administration Offices at Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA 02642 by 2:00 p.m. on July 6th, 2023.
The Town of Eastham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals which are not responsible and/or responsive, in whole or in part, as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
