Mooring and Vessel Storage Regulation Revisions
The Eastham Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 24th at 5:00PM, at the Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, and with virtual participation, to consider and possibly vote to revise Mooring and Vessel Storage regulations in order to manage procedures and activities of Eastham’s waterways, landings and beaches. Changes include, but are not limited to: unattended vessels, residency requirements, and unutilized moorings. Draft regulations may be reviewed at the Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA, or on the town website at www.eastham-ma.gov on the Natural Resources Department webpage.
