FY 25-29 FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
PUBLIC HEARING
March 20, 2023
In accordance with Sections C6-5, and C6-2(3) of the Eastham Home Rule Charter, the Select Board and the Finance Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 5:30 PM at the Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA 02642 AND by remote participation on the Proposed FY24 Operating Budget and the FY25-29 Five Year Capital Improvement Plan, covering all departments and the Eastham Elementary School including vehicles, technology upgrades, and improvements to municipal buildings
All amounts and items shown in said capital improvement plan are estimates and are subject to review, refinement, additions and deletions at each Annual Town Meeting where the plan is authorized. Copies of the proposed plan and budget are available for inspection at the Eastham Town Hall, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on the Town website at www.eastham-ma.gov.

The Town of Eastham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 6, 2023 in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The applications and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. ZBA2022-06 –34 Bayberry Lane, Map 13 Parcel 161, Yaron Rachlin & Lisa Rachlin Trustees (Owner/Applicant) seek a Special Permit pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40A s. 6 and Eastham Zoning By-Law section 19.2 (non-conforming uses, buildings, structures) and section 7.2.4 (setback requirements) to demolish a pre-existing non-conforming two story dwelling and construct a new two-story dwelling in violation of minimum property setback requirements. Vote may be taken.

Case No. ZBA2023-04 Andrea Hanson and Christopher Swedo (Applicants) seek an appeal of Planning Board Decision for Site Plan Approval Residential for case PB2022-18, 715 Bridge Road Map 19, Parcel 4. pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-law section 10.3.4: Any person aggrieved by the denial, approval with conditions or approval by the Planning Board may appeal the action to the Zoning Board of Appeals within ten days of filing the decision with the Town Clerk.
