PUBLIC HEARING
February 6, 2023
The Eastham Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 5:30 PM at the Eastham Town Hall, in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway AND by remote participation on the proposed FY24 increases or setting of user fees, license fees or permit fees for various departments. A list of proposed changes will be available at Town Hall, in the Administration Office, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on the Town’s website at www.eastham-ma.gov.

PROPOSED ROCK HARBOR DOCKAGE ASSIGNMENT & REGULATIONS
PUBLIC HEARING
February 6, 2023
The Eastham Select Board, will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 5:30 PM at the Eastham Town Hall, in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway AND by remote participation to consider and may vote to establish Rock Harbor Dockage Assignment and General Regulations, and revise the Rock Harbor Wait List regulations in order to manage procedures and activities in the harbor. New regulations and changes include, but are not limited to: commercial slip allocations, slip deferment limits, wait list application requirements, household limits, slip utilization requirements, commercial slip transfers. Draft regulations may be reviewed at the Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA. Or on the town website at www.eastham-ma.gov on the Natural Resources Department webpage.
