Jacqueline Ann Enos, a loving sister and aunt, died on April 25, 2020. She was 52. Born on Dec. 23, 1967, at Cape Cod Hospital, Jackie grew up in Provincetown.
She went to the Marconi School for the Deaf in Wellfleet at a young age. Then she attended and graduated from the Boston School for the Deaf, in Randolph, where she loved playing basketball and softball. She attended Gallaudet University, a private school for the deaf and hard of hearing. She spent her adult life living in the Boston area but returned to the Provincetown area often to visit family. Jackie cherished her cats.
She is survived by her brother Jim and his wife, Beth Souza Enos, of South Carolina; sisters Carol and her husband, Todd Motta, of Truro, and Jill and partner Jay Kiely of Wellfleet; nephews James, Christopher, and Brandon and nieces Katie and Chelsea. Jackie was predeceased by her father and mother, Melvin and Nancy (Carol Tiernan) Enos.
Jackie wanted her ashes, along with those of her six deceased cats that she had cremated, to be laid in the sea where her mother’s ashes were also scattered. A celebration of Jackie’s life will be held at a date to be announced.
