Antoinette “Toni” Marsh of North Truro died on March 29, 2020, at Seashore Point in Provincetown after a long illness. The wife of Raymond Marsh, she was 80 years old.
Born and raised in North Truro, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Duarte) Williams. She graduated from Provincetown High School in 1957.
She met Raymond while he was stationed at the North Truro Air Force Station and they married on July 2, 1960. While still in North Truro, they welcomed two daughters. Toni and their daughters accompanied Raymond while he was stationed in the Azores, Portugal, and then in Albuquerque, N.M. The family returned to Truro in 1976 when Raymond retired.
Toni worked for Dr. Willard Brown in Wellfleet from 1977 to 1987 before becoming co-owner of Video Stuga in Wellfleet from 1987 to 2001.
Toni leaves her husband of 60 years, Raymond; her sister, Amy Allen, and husband Elwood of Fernley, Nev.; daughters Darien Deschaine of Truro and Amy Wheeler of South Dennis; granddaughters Alex Wheeler and Jordan Wheeler of South Dennis; grandson Josh Wheeler of Brewster; and her kitty, Boo Boo.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be a private burial for the immediate family.
