TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS: The Truro Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing Monday, September 8, 2025 at 5:00PM; THIS IS A HYBRID PARTICIPATION MEETING (in person and remote). Under the Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, signed by Governor Baker on March 12, 2020, all members in any meeting of the public body may participate remotely. Notice is hereby given that the Truro Select Board will hold a remote public hearing on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2025, AT 5:00 P.M. pursuant to MGL Ch. 40, Section 56, for the purpose of determining the percentages of the local tax levy to be borne in Fiscal Year 2026 by each class of property: residential, open space, commercial, industrial, and personal property. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, submit comments in writing to the Office of the Town Manager/Select Board, PO Box 2030, Truro, MA 02666, by emailing the Town Manager at [email protected] or by calling into the hearing.
