CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and/or Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2025, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following in addition to cases continued from previous hearings:
CON-24-127 7 Harbour Dr Notice of Intent filed by Timothy Klink to install an inground pool and reconstruct two decks. Work to take place within Coastal Dune and NHESP Habitat.
CON-25-4 Shank Painter Rd, Route 6, and Court St Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Provincetown to improve pedestrian and bicycle connections and drainage with a combination of shared-use paths, sidewalks, narrowed vehicular travel lanes, a roundabout, and a new stormwater management system. Work to take place within Bordering Vegetated Wetland, Isolated Vegetated Wetland, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and NHESP Habitat.
