TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS: The Truro Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing Monday, January 27, 2025 at 4:00PM; THIS IS A HYBRID PARTICIPATION MEETING (in person and remote). Under the Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, signed by Governor Baker on March 12, 2020, all members in any meeting of the public body may participate remotely. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public will be posted on the Truro website: www.truro-ma.gov, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law 131 section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Truro Conservation Bylaw, Chapter 8 to consider the following:

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
AND OVERSIGHT FOR THE
PAMET RIVER RESTORATION
INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, TRURO, MA
The Town of Truro, MA is seeking proposals from qualified firms to serve as Owner’s Project Representative (OPR) responsible for preliminary engineering, final design, permitting, on-site construction administration, management, and oversight of the Pamet River Restoration Project. The selected firm will serve as the Town’s OPR for construction management, preliminary design, final design, permitting, and targeted oversight. The Town’s OPR will be required to coordinate with the Project’s co-proponent, National Park Service (NPS) Cape Cod National Seashore (CCNS), Massachusetts Department of Transportation (DOT), and with multiple agencies providing technical assistance and/or funding, including: USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Restoration Center (NOAA), US Fish and Wildlife Service, and Massachusetts Division of Ecological Restoration; Town of Truro; and multiple local stakeholders.

There is a mandatory site visit at the Truro Center Road culvert site at 20 Truro Center Road at 11:00 am on Jan 14, 2025. Failure to attend the site visit will disqualify proposals.

Invitation For Bid
The Town of Truro is seeking sealed bids to install and furnish all labor, materials and equipment, and to perform all operations required for the Truro Head of the Meadow Parking Lot Improvements. Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town of Truro website at https://www.truro-ma.gov under bids and proposals. Any questions regarding the contract documents shall be submitted in writing no later than January 17, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. Requests for Information shall be emailed to: [email protected] . Bids will be received at the Truro Town Hall first floor Administration Offices, 24 Town Hall Road., P.O. Box 2030, Truro, MA 02666, on or before Friday January 24, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.
