- Katie Ostrow, 36 Wigwam Street, Map 35, Parcel 139: Request for Determination of Applicability for vista relief, limited trimming.
- Samuel and Marie Stuart, 240 Bayberry Lane, Map 41, Parcel 127: Request for Determination of Applicability to remove existing wood walkway and replace with bluestone walkway, add stepping stones and a rinsing station.
- Chequessett Yacht & Country Club, 675 Chequessett Neck Rd., Map 19, Parcel 115, SE077-1605: Amended Order of Conditions for approval for deck area east of boathouse building. Install seasonal tent, remove bittersweet vegetation and replace with native plant species.

In accordance with the provisions of MGL. Ch. 111, Section 31, notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Board of Health will convene a hybrid public hearing on January 22, 2025 at 5:30 pm at the Adult Community Center located at 750 Old Kings Highway in Wellfleet and by Zoom at

- Amended Board of Health Regulations pertaining to septic systems in order to make them align with Title 5 State Regulations and the Wellfleet Targeted Watershed Management Plan; and
- Amended Board of Health Tobacco Control. Regulations
