Notice is hereby filed that the Wellfleet Historical Commission will hold a remote Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2024, AT 5:00 PM to review a proposed demolition of the following property:
Matthew Walker and Sally McCarthy, 1780 Captain Joseph Hatch House at 90 Coles Neck Road, Map 8, Lot 189-7.
Hearing is held in conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, and Ch. 2 of the Acts of 2023. Notice is hereby filed that a meeting of the Wellfleet Historical Commission will be held on Wednesday, 11/6/24 at 5:00 PM.
Said meeting will be open to the public and the press virtually, as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law, to virtually attend through Zoom Video Conferencing

In accordance with the provisions of MGL. Ch. 111, Section 31, notice is hereby given that a the Wellfleet Board of Health will reconvene a public hearing at the time and place set forth below for public comment, discussion and possible vote on proposed Draft Board of Health Amended Regulations pertaining to septic systems in order to make them aligned with Title 5 State Regulations and the Wellfleet Targeted Watershed Management Plan as well as Tobacco Control. The public hearing will be held in person on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 5:30 pm, at the Wellfleet Adult Community Center, 715 Old Kings Highway, and on Zoom. In accordance with M.G.L. notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Tuesday November 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. both virtually (Zoom), and at the Wellfleet Adult Community Center (715 Old King’s Highway, Wellfleet) to consider the following:
- Request received on October 3, 2024, from Ekdanta Package Corporation: dba Wellfleet Wine & Spirits to obtain a new year-round license for Wine and Malt Beverages.
- Approve the request for permission to locate underground cables, conduits, manholes, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, in, under, and across the following public ways:

In accordance with MGL Chapter 130, Sections 52, 57, 58, 60, and 68, MGL Chapter 30A, Section 2, and all applicable Town Shellfish Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Selectboard will hold a hybrid public hearing on November 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following:
- Request for the assignment of new boundary points of shellfish grant license #09-03 consisting of approximately 1.57 acres on the Blackfish Creek area of Field Point, for Ethan Estey (Wellfleet, MA) and Dwight Estey (Wellfleet, MA) due to professional survey having been conducted.
Recommendations of the Shellfish Constable will be available in the November 12, 2024, Selectboard’s packet.
