The Provincetown Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 3, 2024, in the Judge Welsh Room in Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA on the following cases:
ZBA 24-41
Application by Don DiRocco, on behalf of Captain Jacks Wharf Condominium Association, seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article 3, Section 3110, Change, Extensions or Alterations, of the Zoning By-Laws to elevate a pre-existing, non-conforming structure by 4’ 2 ¾” on the property located at 73A Commercial Street (Residential 2 Zone).
ZBA 24-42
Application by Robert Tucker, seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article 2, Section 2450, Permitted Accessory Uses, G12, Swimming pool, of the Zoning By-Laws to install a swimming pool on the property located at 27 Cemetery Road (Residential 3 Zone).
ZBA 24-43
Application by Robin B. Reid, Esq., on behalf of Seamen’s Bank, seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article 2, Section 2640, Building Scale, of the Zoning By-Laws to demolish a principal structure and to construct a new one with a volume in excess of the maximum allowable neighborhood building scale to accommodate a branch of the applicant’s bank on the property located at 94 Harry Kemp Way (Residential B Zone).

The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 24-238
Application by Robin B. Reid, Esq., on behalf of TwoKelmar, LLC, requesting to change a previously approved deck railing system on the structure located at 361B Commercial Street, U3.
HDC 24-251
Application by Ted Smith, on behalf of Mark C. Adams et vir., requesting to add a deck/covered porch, with mahogany decking and painted wood rails, on the west side of a main structure and to add perimeter stone walls/retaining walls, with the height to be determined, on the property located at 6 Bangs Street.
HDC 24-255
Application by Brad Walker, on behalf of the Barry John Golden Trust, requesting to extend a previously approved Certificate of Compliance, HDC 22-183, for the property located at 5 Pilgrim’s Landing.

Public Hearing

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and/or Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following in addition to cases continued from previous hearings:
CON-24-109 606 Commercial Street Notice of Intent filed by Ted Smith to elevate existing structure. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage.
Copies of the applications listed in this hearing notice may be viewed either at the Community Development Office in Town Hall, or online by clicking on the links in the meeting agenda, which will be posted on the Town’s website at least 48 hours before the time of the meeting.
