The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 24-236
Application by Evan Snavely requesting to replace 4 windows and add a railing on a deck on the structure located at 5 Brewster Street, U3.
HDC 24-241
Application by Cindy Lux, on behalf of Bradford Ptown, LLC, requesting to construct a small addition on the rear of a structure located at 202 Bradford Street.

Application by Don DiRocco, on behalf of Captain Jack’s Wharf Condominium, requesting to elevate the Wharf, to relocate several entrance doors and windows, and to add 2 new stairways and deck railings to the structure located at 73A Commercial Street.

Application by Marc Schaefer, on behalf of The Village at the Red Inn Condominium Trust, requesting to replace windows, doors, decking, railings, pergolas, and trim on the structure located at 12 Commercial Street.
HDC 24-246
Application by Jay Abbiuso, on behalf of Cynthia Packard, requesting to construct a 12’ by 20’ accessory dwelling unit behind a previously approved single-family structure on the property located at 624 Commercial Street.

Application by Robin B. Reid, Esq., on behalf of North Beach Realty Trust, seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Article 4, Section 4120, Density Schedule, of the Zoning By-Laws to add a commercial accommodation to a guesthouse on the property located at 97 Bradford Street.
PLN 24-26
Application by Carla Davis, on behalf of the Provincetown Chamber of Commerce, seeking a Site Plan Review by Special Permit pursuant to Article 4, Section 4015 a. (1), Site Plan Review by Special Permit, of the Zoning By-Laws and a Special Permit pursuant to Article 4, Section 4180, Inclusionary and Incentive Zoning By-Law to elevate an existing building, construct a new flood resistant foundation and first floor, with timber decks, a covered porch, and a ramp to provide barrier-free access to the first-floor commercial space, with the upper two floors proposed to be converted from commercial office space to residential apartments, consisting of 3 one-bedroom rental apartments, of which a one bedroom unit will be an affordable housing unit, and 1 two-bedroom apartment on the property located at 307 Commercial Street.

The Provincetown Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Provincetown Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 pursuant to General Bylaws Section 11-6-2, for the following application:
Curb Cut: Application by Robin Reid on behalf of Seamen’s Bank requesting approval to complete the following work:
- Maintain the curb cut of 22’ on Harry Kemp Way providing access over a deeded easement to Attorney Christopher Snow’s office.
- Create a new 23’ curb cut on Harry Kemp Way to provide egress for a proposed drive through service window.
- Reduce an existing 27’ curb cut on Howland Street to 24 feet.
- Reduce an existing 60’ curb cut on Howland Street to 27 feet.
to accommodate the proposed new Seamen’s Bank branch at 94 Harry Kemp Way. (Assessors Map 13-4, Parcel 2/0).
Curb Cut: Application by Robin Reid on behalf of Lexvest 322 Commercial LLC requesting approval to create a 13.7-foot curb cut to accommodate access to an existing driveway to access the property at 322 Commercial St. (Assessors Map 12-1, Parcel 14/0).

The Provincetown Select Board is accepting traffic hearing proposals until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024, for the 2024 Annual Traffic Hearing. The hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657.
