The Town of Eastham Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The applications and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. PB2024-03 – 735 C Campground Rd Map 07, Parcel 324A-E. Charles and Paula Cocce (Owners/Applicants) seek Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to demolish the existing dwelling and rebuild a dwelling that increases the site coverage by 177 square feet on a lot containing 20,000 square feet or more, where the site coverage exceeds 3,000 square feet. Vote may be taken.
Case No. PB-2024-10– 2000 Herring Brook Road Map 10, Parcel 72 Patty and Paul Blodgett (Owners) and Travis Babbit (Applicant) seek Site Plan Approval – Residential pursuant to Eastham Zoning By-Law Section 7.4 (Residential Lot Intensity) and Section 10.3 (Site Plan Approval – Residential) to expand the existing dwelling from 1,584 square feet to 3,871 square feet on a lot containing 20,000 square feet or more, where the site coverage exceeds 3,000 square feet. Vote may be taken.

Public Auction
The Town of Eastham is holding an online public auction beginning on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 10AM, and closing on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 3PM.
Items to be auctioned include several plows, sanders, several vehicles including sedans, large trucks, a pizza oven, pressure washer, shellfish growing bags, a boat motor and a boat. Specifications may be obtained from www.govdeals.com.
The Town of Eastham reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as decided to be in the best interest of the Town.
This auction is subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B as amended.
