Notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Tuesday September 10, 2024, at 7:00p.m. virtually and in person via zoom and at the Wellfleet Community Center (715 Old King’s Highway) to decide the following:
- Approval of a new license (FP-002) for Cumberland Farms, 2586 State Highway, Route 6, Wellfleet, MA. This was sold per Cumberland’s licensing company. The land has been sold to OBSIDIAN ML6, LLC but Cumberland Farms leases the property.

Public Hearing
September 25, 2024
In accordance with the provisions of MGL. Ch. 111, Section 31, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Wellfleet Board of Health will be held at the time and place set forth below to receive public comment on the proposed Draft Board of Health Amended Regulations pertaining to septic systems in order to make them aligned with Title 5 State Regulations and the Wellfleet Targeted Watershed Management Plan as well as Tobacco Control. The public hearing will be held in person on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 5:30 pm, at the Wellfleet Adult Community Center, 715 Old Kings Highway, and on Zoom. The full text of the Proposed Draft Regulations is available online at https://www.wellfleet-ma.gov/board-of-health and at the Health Office at 220 West Main Street by request. The Board will accept public comment but will not respond or vote at this meeting. Comments in writing will be accepted through [email protected]. A final draft after the public comment period will be available to the public on or about October 3, 2024.
