Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to litigation in the matter of Great White, et al. v. Wellfleet ZBA, Land Court Miscellaneous Case Nos.21 MISC 000255 (GHP), 22 MISC 000087(GHP) and 22 MISC 000284 (GHP) regarding the property located at 1065 State Highway, and the Chair has declared that having such discussion in open session would have a detrimental effect on the Town’s litigating position on September 12, 2024, starting at 6:15 pm in person at the Adult Community Center, 715 Old King’s Highway, and remotely via Zoom.
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40-A, Section 11 and Wellfleet Section 235, the ZBA will hold public hearings on September 12, 2024, starting at 7:00 pm in person at the Adult Community Center, 715 Old King’s Highway, and remotely via zoom.

- Approval of a new license (FP-002) for Cumberland Farms, 2586 State Highway, Route 6, Wellfleet, MA. This was sold per Cumberland’s licensing company. The land has been sold to OBSIDIAN ML6, LLC but Cumberland Farms leases the property.
