The Eastham Community Preservation Act Committee will hold a Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER11, 2024 AT 5:00 PM at the Eastham Town Hall in the Earle Mountain Meeting Room, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA 02642. Eastham residents and/or prospective applicants are encouraged to attend for a review of the CPA process and to discuss ideas for future CPA projects. Questions maybe directed to the Eastham Planning Department (508) 240-5900. Application forms are available at the Eastham Town Hall and the Town of Eastham CPA website:CPA-FY26-Application(eastham-ma.gov)

Invitation for Bids
The Town of Eastham is seeking sealed bids for the supply and delivery of a closed top ejector trailer.
Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town of Eastham website at https://www.eastham-ma.gov/bids.aspx under bids and proposals.
Bids will be received at the Eastham Town Hall Administration Offices, 2500 State Highway, Eastham MA, 02642, on or before Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 2:00pm
Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked “Eastham Trailer”
NOTE: One original and two (2) copies of each bid shall be submitted. NO faxed proposals will be accepted.
The Town of Eastham reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as decided to be in the best interest of the Town.
All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B as amended.

The Town of Eastham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 5:00 pm on Thursday September 5, 2024 in the Earle Mountain Room at Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA on the following petitions. The application and proposed plans are available for inspection at the hearing and in advance of the hearing date at the Eastham Planning Department, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA.
Case No. ZBA2024-03: 735 C Campground Road, Map 07 Parcel 324C, Charles and Paula Cocce (Owners/Applicants) seek a Special Permit pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40A s. 6 and Eastham Zoning By-Law section 19.2 (non-conforming uses, buildings, structures) and section 7.2.4 (setback requirements) to demolish the existing dwelling and build a new two-story residential dwelling relocated to increase rear setback approximately 5 feet.
