Please take notice that the Wellfleet Conservation Commission, in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Wellfleet Environmental Protection Bylaw, will hold a Public Hearing in person in the basement of Town Hall and via Zoom on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, Public Hearings begin at 4:00 pm; business meeting to follow.

In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 138, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. both virtually and at the Wellfleet Community Center (715 Old King’s Highway) to consider the following:

• Application received July 29, 2024, for special event liquor license, Wellfleet Oyster Alliance, Art and Oyster Crawl, September 7, 2024, from 2:30pm to 6:30pm, various Galleries on Main and Commercial   Laha, AMZ, the Works, Souza, Shingle Fish with one or two possible add on galleries.
• Application received July 30, 2024, for special event liquor license, Wellfleet Oyster Alliance, Meet the Shuckers, private event hosted for the shuckers meet and greet with each other; Friday October 18, 2024; 12:00pm to 8:00pm; Shuckers tent, behind town hall.
